DESCRIPTION

These stunning apartments were designed overlooking the beautiful harbour towards Ela Beach along Lawes Road on Toaguba Hill.

The development consists of 7 units of mixed 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms each. All units designed for excutive level living with spacious living and dining areas, bedrooms and ensuite. Guest Ablutions and Lanudaries provided at ground level alongside undercover garages.

All modern facilties, finishes and fittings are provided including CCTV coverage and controlled acces to site and units. Guest parking, full back up facilties along with swimming pool and entertainment areas have been included in this exciting development.

Full design and documentation work was completed for this project in 2011.
