DESCRIPTION

CONSAP Developers engaged Tulait Consulting Architects in 2007 to develop 20 units of a standard 3 Bedroom Executive Townhouse for its sub-division development at the Malolo Estate, 8 Mile, Port Moresby. 

The resultant design is an elegant 2 level building with sapcious living area, dining and Laundary on the ground level with all bedroom, bathrooms and ensuite at the upper level.

Numerous units have been constructed, sold and re-sold over the decade.

We provided schematic design and detail documentation for CONSAP Developers and it's associated project partners.
