DESCRIPTION

The "Amaiu Haus" is a proposed 6 level commercial building incorporating the District Administration offices for the Port Moresby North East Electorate on the uppermost level. It will contain all modern amenities including a roof level Entertainment area and a helipad. Tulait Consulting Architects were engaged to undertake full Schematic Design and Detail Documentation works.

Tender Docuemtation was completed early 2014. The project is currently awaiting tender action to be undertaken by the PNG Central Supply & Tenders Board.
